TERMS

All orders C.O.D. or credit card unless we have an approved credit application on file.  Open account terms are Net 30 days from the date of invoice.  Accounts over 60 days will be temporarily suspended and put on a C.O.D. basis until payment has been received or payment arrangements are made prior to the 60 day cut off date.  Account balances over 60 days will be charged interest at the rate of 1 1/4% per month.  Any pre-season order invoice will be billed at catalog price with the discount reflected if paid within terms.  Credit card and C.O.D. customers will receive discount at the time of invoicing, Net 30 account customers will only receive discount if invoice is paid in full within 30 days.  If you have requested to be on Open Account and then wish to pay an  outstanding invoice with a credit card, a 5% processing fee will apply.  No surcharge for credit cards used at time of shipment.  Unless otherwise stated, the credit card that we have on file will be used for your order.  If there are any changes to your account it will be the customer's responsibility to notify us of any changes to your address, shipping address, and credit card account number, or principle changes, etc.  All phone conversations may be recorded for quality assurance.

Most orders shipped same day via UPS Ground Service.  Most printed orders shipped within 5 business days.  All orders FOB Scottville, MI.  No COD charge ($10.00 per shipment) on orders over $600.00.  All shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer.  Any back charges occurred to Paddlesports Warehouse due to wrong or incomplete customer information will be billed to the customer.  Any C.O.D. customer who has refused a partial C.O.D. shipment (i.e.. the one with the C.O.D.) in the past, will have individual COD charges on every package for future shipments. 

All orders are shipped via FedEx (or UPS if COD), and the ACTUAL COST of the shipment will be added to your order total.  We do not add any Service Charge's to your order.  This method allows you to pay the actual cost, NOT an inflated flat rate.

The rate for shipping trailers is $1.25 per mile for 10 Canoe and 16 Kayak trailers.  The rate for shipping 16 Canoe trailer is $1.35 per mile.  FOB: Scottville, Michigan  49454

Items on the SPECIALS page are sold As-Is.  These items are typically end of stock, close-out specials and are Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable.

Please contact us (email is fastest) if you experience a problem with your purchase and we will do our best to correct it.  Your satisfaction is important to us! 

ALL RETURNS MUST BE PRE APPROVED.  Any shipment without prior authorization, or sent Freight Collect, will be refused.  Please use the original packaging if possible.  Remove or cover the original shipping label and seal the package securely with tape.  Return the items via UPS Ground with delivery confirmation, or call for return shipping labels.  Please do not send your package C.O.D., by air, or via mail service (i.e. UPS Store, or Pack & Ship).  Please allow 14 days for us to receive and process your returned merchandise.  All returns subject to inspection.  Sale price of UNUSED product will be refunded in the manner in which you paid for your order.  Refunds will be for merchandise only unless pre approved.  Shipping charges will not be refunded.  Returns after 30 days will be subject to a 10% restocking charge.  All custom made or imprinted items are non-refundable.

WARRANTY

X-Stream Paddles have a Lifetime Guarantee to be free of defects in workmanship or materials in private use, and for a period of three years in rental use.  The blades and grips are also guaranteed against breakage during this period.  

The blades and grips of Black Beauty Paddles are guaranteed against breakage for one year in private or rental use.  

Damaged parts or paddles must be returned for adjustment.  There will be no charge for parts or labor within the warranty period.  Parts and paddles damaged from other than normal use will be repaired or replaced at customer's expense.  Customer to pay all shipping charges to and from on all returns.
